Rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom and modern psychology, our approach at Haal Chaal blends transformative therapies that foster self-discovery, resilience, and deep healing. Our mission is to help individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, reframe challenges as opportunities, and cultivate lasting balance in their lives.
My journey into healing began at 18, training with masters like Brian Weiss, Dev OM, and Matt Kahn. Over the past decade, I have worked with individuals across diverse backgrounds—including CEOs, doctors, and creatives—guiding them through emotional and physical transformations. Along the way, my extensive training in alternative healing modalities, combined with expertise in psychotherapy, shaped a distinctive approach rooted in Transpersonal Psychology. This integration of science and soul allows for deeper exploration, helping individuals bridge the gap between the mind, body, and spirit.

With several years of experience in psychology and a global background in healing and psychotherapy, she integrates modern therapeutic techniques with ancient Vedic wisdom to offer a deeply holistic approach to well-being. She has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including doctors, scientists, and CEOs, guiding them toward self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
Her client-centered approach fosters a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and emotional healing. Whether working with individuals or couples, Arzoo helps clients navigate past traumas, build emotional resilience, and cultivate a stronger connection with themselves. Through compassionate guidance, she empowers individuals to achieve balance, clarity, and personal growth.
Shriya Thakur- Counseling Psychologist
Shriya Thakur is a compassionate counseling psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies.
Specializing in individual therapy, crisis management, work/school stress, anger management, and personality development, she helps individuals gain clarity and resilience. Shriya’s approach integrates evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and ACT, guiding clients toward positive change and emotional well-being.




Dr. P.S. Das, Advisory Board Member & Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr. P.S. Das is a highly esteemed psychiatrist with decades of experience in adult and child psychiatry, ADHD, and substance abuse treatment. A former Director of Noida Psychiatry Centre and an ex-Assistant Professor at Santosh Medical College, he has held senior consultant positions at leading hospitals, including Fortis and Metro Hospital Noida. His expertise spans clinical psychiatry, neuropsychology, and behavioral medicine, helping individuals achieve long-term mental wellness.
With international recognition from esteemed institutions such as the Psychiatry Congress in Geneva and the European Commission in Brussels, Dr. Das brings a wealth of global knowledge to Haal Chaal. His commitment to psychiatric excellence and evidence-based treatment makes him a guiding force in our approach to holistic mental health care.
Dr. Kanika, Yoga Guru
Dr. Kanika is a dedicated yoga therapist, educator, and researcher who seamlessly integrates ancient yogic wisdom with modern scientific principles. Her journey spans years of in-depth practice and teaching, from Hatha Yoga studios in Chennai to becoming a Yoga Philosophy educator and a committed Vipassana and Kriya Yoga practitioner.
Dr. Kanika’s approach to healing goes beyond the physical, incorporating alternative therapies to unlock the body's innate ability to heal. Through her work, she empowers individuals to cultivate self-awareness, inner balance, and transformation. She specializes in Navel Therapy, Sujok Therapy, Emotional Anatomy, and Yoga Philosophy.
